Al-Bayati: the Government would approve an earlier draft of the rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers

Attorney for the State of law Coalition, Abbas Al-Bayati, the current Government will adopt the draft rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers depending on the version was prepared by the previous Government.
He said in reply to ((the eighth day)) said, "there is a draft prepared by the previous Government at the time of the rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers of the current Government has no rules, but will consider the draft for the amended and codified".
"The present Government has formed a Special Committee comprising a number of Ministers for the preparation of the rules of procedure no less Ministers depending on the previous draft."
Al-Bayati said that "Parliament has nothing to do with the adoption of the rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers cannot vote in Parliament but on a ministerial approval by Cabinet through a vote by Ministers".
He pointed out that "there are House rules also but need modifications and was assigned to a special parliamentary Committee comprising representatives of the political blocs, given in the rules of procedure of the Chamber of Deputies but still has not met yet to put their ideas on the possible adjustments."
The cabinet announced last month that he had decided to vote on the rules of procedure of the Council within two weeks. And then came back later to say, according to a press release that it decided to continue discussions on the draft rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers and the vote on the Bill within two weeks the other.(A.A)
