Iraq: A billion dollars to protect officials and sophisticated devices to secure "the mourning ritual."
Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) - Protection officials in Iraq costs amounted to about one billion dollars, at a time when the Iraqi security forces are active to secure what was described as the largest Magdy Rady participate in the anniversary of the death of Imam Hussein in Karbala, which is expected to participants up to about 15 million.
