Speaker: time to achieve the aspirations of the people and the Government to resolve the budget

The Iraqi Parliament said Salim Al-jubouri, Tuesday, the Iraqi people are tired waiting and waver and time to meet their aspirations, calling on the Iraqi Government to the need to resolve the issue of the budget.
Al-jubouri, said at a press conference today, in the province of Kirkuk, and attended by the Sumerian "news", "the Iraqi people are tired waiting and enough hanging about for 10 years without problem-solving and common action on important legislation and to resolve differences among people", adding that "Parliament on legislation in the current session".
Al-jubouri said that "the visit Kirkuk was important to find out the outstanding problems between the ministries and the broken laws concerning the reality of the city", calling the Cabinet "the need to send the budget to the House of representatives that will be voted upon arrival, and will be cut off for the parliamentary legislative chapter of the budget and the agreed with the political blocs."
The President of the Chamber of deputies that "the date is soon to release the Nineveh because the enemy is one and all agreed on the need to liberate all Iraqi territory from the Danes daash".
"We held a meeting with the Governor of Kirkuk province and Chairman of the Board of the Agency and all political blocs reached common visions for the problems plaguing the Governor of Kirkuk, including statutes of ministries", pointing out that "Kirkuk form of coexistence between all components and brotherly with fair representation throughout the province."
He pointed out that "all the political blocs agreed to solve the issue of Kirkuk province despite differences in views and perspectives necessary to agree that Kirkuk is now convergence between all the ingredients it needs to support", praising "the role of the peshmerga in their response and to organize a force within daash system national defence protecting Kurdistan, and play a role in editing areas in the country."
He continued that "the Presidency of Parliament to form a temporary committees of constitutional amendments to implement article 140 we are involved in the formation of parliamentary committees and the designation of their Chairmen and members".
Al-jubouri said that, earlier in the day Tuesday (9 December 2014), the National Guard laws and budget and armed clans were delayed due to bureaucracy, adding that Kirkuk governorate to accept a marginal role in shaping the next solution.
Al-Jabouri, arrived this morning, to Kirkuk to discuss a number of files, most notably displaced file.
