New Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari surprise from running out of cash in a safe country, blaming the former Government headed by responsible.
Zebari said in comments the newspaper that ' surprised ' running out of cash in a rich country like Iraq, stating that it ' does not make sense to have Iraq State bankrupt. '
Zebari said that in 2014, there was no law for fiscal balance and discharged without the governing law for disbursements, and that it was flawed by lack of State Department Bill to the budget.
Zebari cautioned that that was one of the most prominent members of the former Government to 2015 will be harsh on Iraq financially, especially during the first half of it.
He said that for the first time, during the preparation of the draft budget law for the year 2015, we thought the taxation on cars, real estate and tourism, to raise local revenues, and Prime Minister Haidar Al-Abbadi favoured the idea.
