Presidency of the Council of Representatives has decided to transfer to a secret session to read Mbacherth project of the National Intelligence Service Act.
He said the National Alliance MP Hussein al-Maliki told all of Iraq [where] that "the presidency of the Council decided to convert to a secret session of the sensitivity of the law."
"The chairman of the parliamentary security and defense of quitting and Chairman of the Parliamentary Legal Committee Mahmoud Hassan Beshra to read the first reading of the law."
