Mufriji: I will not vote on the financial budget allocations without the National Guard

Mufriji surprised at the announcement of the Finance Committee of the House of Representatives budget for completion of 90 percent of the budget and the likelihood of its completion this week, saying "the Iraqi forces union will not vote on the financial budget allocations without the inclusion of the National Guard." Saying that "the financial budget allocations included the popular crowd while been overlooked for inclusion of the National Guard."
In the same context, Mufriji declared that "the Iraqi government and after half a year of its formation were not serious about responding to the demands of the Iraqi forces and the Union Alemtemmthelh four items include head of the National Guard, and the general amnesty, and the accountability and justice, and the balance in Mússat state."
He noted that the Iraqi government was formed on the basis of the terms of the political agreement that has been signed by all parties, including the Kurdistan Alliance and the Union of Iraqi forces and the National Alliance is that "the Government of Haider al-Abadi, ignoring the very moment to respond to any of the terms of the political agreement."
He accused the government of Mufriji Haider Abadi being a continuous policy of exclusion and marginalization, which is the same policy followed by the former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.
And instructed the Council of Ministers on the ninth of September 2014, to prepare a bill to establish a National Guard troops and the organization of the popular crowd Volunteers within a maximum period of 14 days.
For his part, attributed the MP for the rule of law, Ahmad Kanani, not the National Guard inclusion within the financial budget for the current year to the lack of allocations with falling oil prices.

He pointed out, "We do not have any political objection to the formation of the National Guard, but the big obstacle in front of the Iraqi government where funds are allocated only important and sensitive issues."
