Hold the Iraqi Council of Representatives, on Thursday, a parliamentary session is expected to include a vote on the draft budget for 2015 Alathaah law, as expressed coalition of state law dissatisfaction with the bill, but he said he would not hinder the vote.
The MP said the coalition, Abbas al-Bayati, a network Roudao media, said that "the rule of law with the budget, but have we made observations in 13 points, we want to be thorough and fair balance."
Al-Bayati stressed that the bloc that it would not hinder the bill, saying, "We do not stand against the budget and the agreement between Erbil and Baghdad, but we want to increase some of the paragraphs of the budget to preserve the rights of all the provinces."
For his part, MP for the Liberal bloc, Yasser al-Husseini, the network Roudao said that "there are some voices that want to block the vote on the budget bill, and the goal of this is not the budget itself, but to block the work of the Iraqi government to stand against the person of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi."
In the same context, the MP said the Kurdistan Alliance, Najiba Najib, "the less the price of oil increased whenever the deficit in the budget," and considered that "the solution lies in the government to reduce expenses in addition to the postponement of its obligations even while getting rid of the burden of the deficit."
The head of the House of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri, announced that the budget bill will be put to the vote in Thursday's session, while the Finance Committee will present its final report on the budget for the presidency of the Council today, at a time that is not resolving the points related to the share of the budget of the province of Kurdistan.
