World oil prices rose again surpassing $ 56 for Brent, a price that was built upon Iraq's budget for 2015.
The price rose from yesterday, which rose to also reach $ 55.
Futures rose for Brent at 8:54 minutes Tuesday morning GMT, $ 1.70 to $ 56.45 a barrel.
Parliament passed last Thursday's budget of $ 119 trillion dinars [$ 105 billion] and a deficit of 25 trillion dinars based on the export of 2.9 million barrels at a price of 56 Dolara.anthy
