Oil Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi said Kirkuk administration will participate in any negotiations or agreements held with the Kurdistan Regional Government.
Mahdi said during a visit to the oil field west of Kirkuk, Baker said there are three wells were set (Daash) where fire and work is underway to extinguish it.
The minister announced that the production of oil from Kirkuk oil did not exceed 200 thousand barrels per day during the last ten years and we are going to work to increase production to 800 thousand barrels per day.
