Abadi: Moving the transfer of powers to the provinces and is working hard to support

Stressed Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi move his government to transfer powers to local governments in the provinces.
A statement by his office received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of the Abadi "presided over today's meeting of the Commission modified the provinces irregular Law province, No. 21 of 2008 amended, was discussed during the meeting the transfer of powers to the provinces and ways to make the transition from centralized to decentralized."
The statement added that "the Minister made - through Alajtmaa- a detailed explanation on the process of the transfer of powers in their ministries to the provinces and the proposed amendments to the law to serve the government's drive to the transfer of powers and serve the citizens."
He Abadi, according to the statement that "the government will back the transfer of powers to the provinces and is working hard to give more support and powers that have accompanied these powers tolerant of responsibility in order to provide better services to citizens."
And between the prime minister said, "The federal government is seeking to develop the reality of the provinces through the selection of the best way to manage the transition process to upgrade the powers reality service and urban and economic her" .anthy
