BAGHDAD / Nina /– Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari, discussed with the Kuwaiti ambassador to Iraq, Ghassan Al-Zawawi the development of Iraqi-Kuwaiti bilateral relations and process for the implementation of the concluded agreements between the two countries.
al-Jaafari said during the meeting according to a Foreign Ministry statement : ” The Iraqi-Kuwaiti relations have witnessed progress after the signing of memorandums of cooperation in many fields between the two countries for the benefit of the two brotherly peoples.
For his part, Kuwaiti ambassador, confirmed the keenness of Kuwait to promote relations with Iraq stressing that he would make every effort to implement the concluded agreements between the two countries .
