Urgent .. Study Committee of the Federal Court Act complete its work and agree on a presentation to a vote in the Council of Ministers

Committee announced the problem to study the draft law of the Federal Supreme Court, headed by Deputy Prime Minister Bahaa al-Araji, its end and agree on a display of law in the Council of Ministers for a vote in preparation for transmission to the House of Representatives to read and approved.
A statement issued by the Office of al-Araji, today received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of the "al-Araji, presided over Sunday evening, the official in his office in Baghdad, a meeting of the committee formed to study the draft law of the Federal Supreme Court."
The statement added that "the Commission has to re-examine the draft law of the Federal Supreme Court in all its articles and made the observations in this regard and the necessary revisions."
While the Committee completed its work according to the statement, "After agreement on the bill on the agenda of the Cabinet table for the purpose of voting on it" to Avcth that "the Committee included the ministers of planning, justice and culture, youth and sport."
The Council of Ministers approved in its meeting on 17 of this month to form a committee headed by Deputy Prime Minister Bahaa al-Araji, and the membership of the Ministers of Justice and planning, culture and oil, shall re-examine the draft of the Federal High Court Act and submitted to the Council of Ministers for Tsoat.anthy
