Kurdistan refuses to resolve the AJC

Orient rejected the demand of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc powers to dissolve the union of the accountability and justice, and convert the file to the judiciary. A member of the cluster Mohsen al-Sadoun said that "parliamentary blocs now has a reaction on how to deal with the accountability and justice law at a time when there are a number of elements of the Baath Party are fighting in the ranks of gangs Aldaashah in some provinces and kill innocent civilians." The Presidency of the Council of Representatives announced the arrival of the amendments the law of accountability and justice to the council from the government in addition to the project of the National Guard Law. Sadoun said that "many of the members of the dissolved Baath gangs Aldaashah in a number of provinces joining significantly affected in the positions of the political blocs in parliament to ease procedures or move toward converting the file to the judiciary." The demands included the two blocs, the Prime Minister's commitment to implementing document political agreement with all of its terms, and re-drafting of the National Guard law to ensure the absorption of tribal fighters, and a commitment to arm the tribes and provide support as soon as possible, and a commitment to providing criminals and unruly to justice regardless of their political cover, in addition to the cancellation of the Justice and Accountability Act and turn it into a court file.
