Kurdistan: the referendum process will be preceded by the general census of the population

The Kurdistan Alliance, Sunday, to conduct the census this year, the process will be made after the referendum process and the process of the census.
The Kurdistan Alliance member Shirin Reza told / information /, that "the referendum process will precede the general census of the population stipulated by Article 140 of the Constitution."
