Kuwaiti official: I will not give up the sums on the Iraqi Airways
Arbil, June 1 (Rn) - The head of Kuwait Airways Corporation Hamad al-Falah Wednesday that his country would not compromise or give up "for one penny" to the dues on Iraqi Airways.
This comes days after the remarks of the legal expert Tareq Harb, in which he noted that he has no right to the Kuwaiti authorities to freeze funds in Jordan belonging to Iraqi Airways as it declared bankruptcy, pointing at the same time that the recovery is only through an attorney.
