The Deputy Chairman of the Iraqi Parliament Aram Sheikh Mohammed, on Thursday, the determination of the Council the opening of an office in Halabja province, as he emphasized that the time has come to implement the "promised" the people of the province and make it "perfect" maintain the level of the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, called on Kurdish blocs to work to compensate the families of the victims of chemical attacks.
