Al-Obeidi of Saladin: can regain Tikrit today .

Twilight news, Iraqi Defense Minister Khaled Al-Obeidi, on Thursday, to Salahuddin province to oversee ongoing operations there to liberate Tikrit from the control of organizing terrorist daash. The reporter said "twilight news that Al-Obeidi met upon his arrival there, military leaders and discussed with them the preparations to restore fully the city of Tikrit. He said Al-Obeidi told reporters, "it will be the restoration of Tikrit today." Iraqi forces continue their assault on the center of Tikrit, where he recovered many vital areas. A local official said that 60 percent of Tikrit is now in the grip of the security forces.
