Parliamentary oil: the provincial share of the oil law and faced objections and will respond to the government

Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: detection of the oil and energy parliamentary member Zahir al-Abadi, Wednesday, that the law of oil-producing provinces share faced objections within the Commission and will respond to the Council of Ministers.
And between Abadi for "tomorrow Press," that "the law contains a share of the province producing crude oil and gas producing and oil derivatives," noting that "the law emphasizes the allocation of 2% share of the provinces producing crude oil export."
He pointed out that "the law was allocated 10% of the provinces exporting gas and the same for producing provinces of petroleum products," pointing out that "the law and faced objections to some paragraphs because they do not deserve the legislation."
He added that "some of the paragraphs of the law calls for provincial non-oil producing find her resources equivalent to producing provinces, and this is logical."
"The third article of the law gives the right to the prime minister to reduce the percentage due to the economic circumstances."
The Commission on oil and energy parliamentary, they intensify their efforts and moves to complete the legal and technical aspects of the project allocation ratio of imports of oil producing provinces law and to expedite its approval in the House of Representatives.
