Iraqi economic conference in Paris French

Held on the first of next April Iraqi economic conference - French in Paris with the participation of private companies and government agencies concerned with the economic and financial sector.
BAGHDAD / Obelisk: A statement of the National Business Council of Iraq, on Tuesday, its President Karim al-Shammari, as saying during a meeting with French Ambassador Marc Barete that "Iraq is looking forward to be at the forefront of the donor countries for investments, especially with the direction the government in its program to support the private sector."
The two sides reviewed during the meeting ways to promote French-Iraqi economic relations.
Shammari said that "the government and private bodies concerned with the economic and financial sector, will participate in the conference, which will discuss the participation of companies of the two countries in building Iraq through investment and trade."
For his part, Barete that "French companies have a great desire to participate in the rebuilding of Iraq, especially since it is the day of the countries that contain large investment opportunities."
Barete and pointed out that "French companies today actually working in Iraq despite the security conditions, as in the oil and construction sectors."
