Kurdistan: our discussions with Baghdad will start soon

Twilight News/Government of the Kurdistan region, from near start of new round of negotiations with the Iraqi Government in Baghdad to discuss outstanding problems between the two sides. Government spokesman Sven dizeiy told us news space, "the Kurdistan Regional Government delegation begins talks with the Federal Government to confirm commitment Erbil agreement oil."He stressed the need for the Federal Government's commitment to the agreement, expressing hope that efforts to address outstanding issues at the next meeting between the Federal Government and the Kurdistan Regional Government. Dizeiy said that the oil pipeline to Kurdistan are exposed between the period and the other to sabotage and there are people who steal oil pipe hole in remote places. The President of the Kurdistan Regional Government nechirvan Barzani in mid-February, the talks in Baghdad with Iraqi Haidar Al-Abbadi, head of wisdom on the oil agreement and the territorial share of the State budget to 2015 said. Barzani said after the meeting that Baghdad does not have the funds to meet its financial obligations to the Kurdistan region. The territorial Government has halted crude oil exports. The two sides have reached a tentative agreement in December under which the Kurdistan Government has agreed to export 550,000 barrels per day of oil from its fields of Kirkuk through the Iraqi oil marketing company. In contrast, Baghdad agreed to resume balance of payments llkord which had soured early in 2014 in response sought to export crude independently
