Oil: do not understand all the applications

Said the oil Ministry spokesman, Assem Jihad, the oil Ministry could not accommodate all the applications submitted, because of certain tracking controls in this regard.
Jihad said in a press statement, his disciple (newsletter): the mechanism of appointment in the Ministry of oil and its subsidiaries are subject to several controls, including the availability of jobs that are coordinated with the Ministry of finance, pointing out that the designation in the international companies working with the Ministry is subject to standards of efficiency and competence and not just plug the shortfall in staff.
Jihad said that the oil Ministry seeks to accommodate the largest possible number of applications if a future Ministry projects there will be coordination with local governments, will be a priority for the provinces where oil companies, referring to Basra, Maysan and Dhi Qar.
The human rights activists, have seen in granting special privileges to the southern governorates in recruitment for oil companies, ignoring requests for the sons of other provinces, it is contrary to the Constitution, which I returned the oil belongs to all Iraqis, so it should be equal opportunity in recruitment, critics at the same time the Ministry draws towards certain areas, establish refineries, to complain about feeling the same denominational Ministerial pyramid on top.
