Karbala reveal the recommendations that came out of the provincial conference recently

The chairman of the Karbala Provincial Council Nassif Jassem rhetorical, all 12 recommendations agreed upon by the participants in the provincial conference to be submitted to the federal government to work on.

He rhetorical, as the Conference recommended the completion of Law No. 19 of 2013 on the financial resources of the provinces of invoking Article 44 thereof, and agreed to set an early date in the House of Representatives with the provinces covered by Article 55 of the Federal Budget Law which provinces (Nineveh - Anbar - Salah al-Din), to coordinate on conversion allocated for the development of its territories for the displaced and trapped under the supervision of the House of Representatives of funds, with a proposal to add the province (Diyala - Kirkuk - Babylon) after approaching the Ministry of Planning about that and coordination with the presence of this meeting, the conference also recommended the cooperation between the House of Representatives and the competent committees, especially the Committee of the Regions and provinces with councils the provinces and the Electoral Commission, in order to facilitate the conduct and respects district elections and municipal councils, local and at least in some provinces are relatively stable, as well as the development of a joint action plan to activate the oversight role of the House of Representatives by the representatives of the House of Representatives and provincial councils until the adoption of the base information and data are correct progress in the construction of national development to the provinces, and finally the formation of a joint working committee coordination between the House of Representatives and provincial councils to follow the decisions and recommendations and all other belongings.
