Six new Cabinet resolutions

Baghdad/sourcing Centre for the Iraqi media network (IMNSunday's Cabinet) held its thirteenth regular for 2015 in Baghdad headed by Prime Minister Haidar Al-Abbadi.
The Council made the following decisions:
1. adoption of the recommendations of the Committee formed by Ordinance No. 87 of diwani 2014, on the Organization of investment rules in the Shia and the Sunni endowments Duany, as follows:
1/the Shiite Endowment commissioned a project or management body and the associated endowment funds investment includes detailed rules and regulations of the authority and scope and limits and controls its powers in the area of investment, and submitted it to the State Council for the audit.
2/the Sunni Endowment commissioned a project management system and the associated endowment funds investment includes detailed rules and regulations of the authority and scope and limits and controls its powers in the area of investment, and submitted it to the State Council for the audit.
2. to approve the use of loan amounts recovered in the agricultural initiative by agricultural Bank to lend to farmers and $ 252 billion dinars.
3. to approve the decision of the Council of Ministers No. 345 of 2014, on except medicines and medications only from ads cost of speculative instructions executed Government contracts no. 2 of 2014 in the Official Gazette, and the need and remove problems and confusion on the subject.
4. approval of the amendment of contracts of employment of displaced workers from hot areas into secure areas by amending their contracts to work in secure areas, not receive any remuneration or allowance only for work subcontracted project pursuant to the terms of the contract.
5. adoption of the recommendation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the Iraqi Consulate General opened in New Zealand, based on the provisions of articles 25 and 26 of the Foreign Service Act No. 45 of 2008.
6. approve the following:
1/authorize Finance Minister Hoshyar Mahmud Zebari power negotiation and signing of the draft Convention on the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of smuggling from paying taxes on income and capital between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the State of Kuwait, as amended by the State Council, based on article 80/item vi of the Constitution.
2/the Foreign Ministry to prepare the necessary authorization document on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq to the Minister of finance in accordance with the approved contexts, and submit them to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the Council of Ministers
