Jubouri challenged the legitimacy of Saleh al-Mutlaq position

BAGHDAD
Face MP for the coalition of law Haitham al-Jubouri, an appeal to the Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq on the legality of his accession to the post in the current government.
Jubouri said in a statement to the reporter ((eighth day)) that "al-Mutlaq did not reach quorum during the vote on the current government by the House of Representatives, stressing that he did not exceed half +1 and got 102 votes.
He added that the channel has Tigris video imaging, which proves the piece and still retain him, and expressed surprise at the lack of published to communicate the truth of the case with disasters brought about by the quota system. (AA)
