The International Monetary Fund provides emergency financial assistance to Iraq

Twilight news/the Iraqi Finance Ministry announced Tuesday, agreed with the International Monetary Fund to provide emergency financial assistance to the country.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of finance, was held yesterday, and detailed technical discussions with officials of the International Monetary Fund and the Fund's Iraq team administrator for the Fund's assistance to Iraq in the current financial crisis arrived.
It was agreed that the Fund providing emergency financial assistance within the Government and the Finance Ministry plans to reduce public expenditure. "
The statement said that "the Iraqi delegation held talks with officials later Legal Department and accounting service in the Fund for the use of the Government and the Ministry of finance to fund special drawing rights allocations in the budget of 2015."
The meeting was attended by the Minister of finance and the Governor of the Central Bank and the Director-General of the budget, the Director General of the public debt and the Director General of the Iraqi external development fund.
