Kurdistan Alliance: the problems between the province and Baghdad are still stuck

BAGHDAD
MP for the Kurdistan Alliance Masood Haider said the problems between the Governments of the region and the center is still stuck.
Haider said in a statement to the reporter ((eighth day)) that "the land problem along with the budget and the export of oil and the budget of the Peshmerga forces problems, is the key between the two problems, the land problem are linked to Article 140 of the Iraqi Constitution to (on the disputed areas) that have not been applied yet of legal and constitutional point of view, despite the fact that the majority of the disputed areas currently under the control of the Peshmerga forces, which provide protection from her organization Daash. As for the export of oil and the budget of the region, has been organized to some extent in the 2015 budget law, it must be matched by the government's commitment to the region is fully committed to the Convention on the part of Baghdad.
Added on allocations of the Peshmerga, there is an agreement between Erbil and Baghdad to allocate dollars to these forces by the federal government, but the Iraqi government has allocated less than that amount for the Peshmerga forces in the budget so that up to 50 per cent of the amount of schedule.
