Council of Ministers to take six resolutions

Council of Ministers held its eighteenth normal for the year 2015 in Baghdad today, and took six decisions .
According to the Information Office of the Prime Minister, the Council issued the following decisions :
1 - lending to the housing fund from the Rafidain and Rasheed amount of a hundred billion dinars to support lending to citizens for the purposes of housing, with the Ministry of Finance bear the legal interest and in coordination with the Minister of Finance .
2 - to approve the exception of widows slice of reducing sagging career for those working in ministries in contracts and daily wage measures .
3 - Approval by the Ministry of Human Rights in coordination with the ministries and state institutions on the preparation of a formal report to respond to the report by Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch in 2014 ( on Iraq part ) , and regarded as a context firmly in subsequent reports received from the two organizations mentioned above or organizations and other similar .
4 - to agree to cancel the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 509 for the year 2013 , according to the provisions of Article 49 / item VII of the federal budget for fiscal year 2015 and the notice of the secretariat of the Islamic Conference cities officially apologize for the host cities of the Islamic Conference in 2015 in Iraq .
5 - the Ministry of Finance to allocate three billion and four hundred and fifty million dinars to the Ministry of Science and Technology, is divided in three phases in accordance with the detail contained in the book of the Ministry of Science and Technology series with a number : p / o 20 , dated 04/08/2015 , and contingency reserve allocations for the financial year 2015.
6 - approval of a draft joint work plan between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the United States of America on the fight against the smuggling of nuclear and radioactive materials and the proposed mechanism for their implementation, provided that they are provided with the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of the report periodically stages of implementation .
