UN Organization describes the situation in Iraq and catastrophic battles hinder the arrival of aid

UNICEF representative in Iraq Heffinc Philip said that the humanitarian situation in Iraq close to the disaster, and we are in dire need of additional resources to continue to intervene, pointing out that the battles impede the access of humanitarian personnel and lack of funding threatens the survival of some humanitarian interventions.
