the Central Bank of Iraq briefed on what was in your newspaper glue number (1080) at page (sixth) day 04/08/2015 under the title (state banks involved a civil money money) and we would like to show the following: The part of the central bank functions and through circles regulatory follow-up and check remittance transactions and tracking banks and movements feed those accounts Customers sources of funds and the issuance of Altalmyat and Alaamamat pertaining to this matter and to emphasize the principle of (I know customer) and to punish the offenders (whether expenses, companies or persons) and the imposition of fines and administrative sanctions against them has been another view of these irregularities to the competent judicial authorities for consideration in accordance with the law. In this regard emphasize the Central Bank of Iraq and through its circuits regulators continue to follow up and check remittance transactions and monitor all violations and to punish the offenders according to the Iraqi Central Bank Act, the banks and the law against money laundering and related laws and the regulations issued under it.
