Sources: Kurdistan released most of its oil through June to display a blatant violation of the agreement oil

The sources told Alsumaria News , "The Kurdistan region of peace during the current month of June accounted for only 22% of its oil to the federal government," expressing concern about the "export the rest of the oil to calculate the region, in a clear violation and flagrant oil to the agreement with the province as stated in the budget law Federal ".
It said those sources, that "this means that the region's share of the federal budget will be reduced by the same amount in order to get additional resources to the region illegally outside the budget."
The sources warned that "this waiver could lead to sabotage the oil agreement with the federal government in order to narrow interests at the expense of the interests of citizens in the Kurdistan region."
It is said that the Council of Ministers decided, in (2 December 2014), to approve the oil agreement between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government, which provides for delivery of the Kurdistan region of at least 250 thousand barrels of oil a day to the federal government for the purpose of export, after reaching delegation Nechirvan Barzani, the Kurdish headed by the Iraqi government with an agreement on the region's share in the budget and export of oil, where will be the region's share in the budget by 17%.
