Jubouri: 400 journalists martyr in Iraq

Jubouri said in his speech Balahtphalah organized by the Iraqi Journalists Union on the occasion of the Iraqi press gala, attended by "tomorrow Press," that "Iraq ranked first among the countries of the world the number of the martyrs of the press as high Martyrs 400 journalists," noting that "the martyrs of the press have sacrificed in order to access information and transfer of the right of all Iraqis. "
He added that "the history of the Iraqi press full of achievements and passed through several stages, including prosperity, freedom, challenge and confrontation," noting that "the state is committed to providing self-employment of the means of kits and enact legislation to ensure freedom of the press, and community awareness and promote the country and consolidate the principles of freedom and the Constitution."
He Jubouri support "full rights of journalists in the performance of their mission-Semitism and express their views freely and independently, including agrees with the Constitution and the charters and legislation," pointing out that "the House of Representatives ended its first year legislative passage of the Iraqi Media Network Act and our commitment to independence."
He stressed that "the second legislative year we put in our priority other laws legislation into law media and bench press and law fields of information and trading and the law of the expression of freedom and independence of opinion to secure an encouraging and safe to Aalamin environment," noting that it "can not live in the center of covering up the mouths and freedoms.
