Council Baghdad: next August will see the transfer of powers to maintain constitutionally

BAGHDAD / ... announced member of the Baghdad Provincial Council on the mass of Virtue just Saadi, on Monday, that the beginning of next August will be a constitutional process of the transfer of powers from the federal government to the province of Baghdad to take over the administration to maintain its files directly.
Saadi said for "Eye Iraq News" that "there is a body formed by the Council of Ministers in coordination with the competent ministries on the transfer of powers to local governments file, while stressing there is progress stages of coordination with the ministries in spite of the reluctance with each."
"The transfer of governmental powers to local governments has become a full-fledged constitutionally and legally, and early next month will end in August provinces correlation federal government.
And between al-Saadi said "the transfer of powers to local governments will make the province more productive economic and service projects more to it than read to put your conservative from the central government as well as strengthening the supervisory role in the functioning of the province."
The prime minister Haider al-Abadi has vowed since his accession to the presidency of the government to expand the powers of local governments and the trend towards decentralization in the management Albulad.anthy 4
