Speaker: fighting a war of another kind between those who want the stability of Iraq and those who want to undermine its existence

House Speaker Dr. Salim al-Jubouri, received in his office, on Monday, the delegation of members of the US Senate and House of Representatives.
During the meeting, a detailed review of a number of political and economic issues, in addition to the security aspect, especially in the provinces occupied by Daash that, where President al-Jubouri confirmed that Iraq is engaged in a major battle with the enemy it has a vast potential and it needs international support in addition to the national effort, especially with the presence of millions of displaced people and displaced by the events of the dangerous situation that legacy.
He added that the sovereignty of Iraq fighting a war of another kind between those who want him to settle down and maintains its presence and its institutions of democracy and those who want to undermine its existence, either outwardly or in hiding.
Speaking about his vision of national reconciliation Mr. Speaker stressed that reconciliation is not slogans, but rather is action on the ground touching citizen effects, adding at the same time that the most prominent challenges facing Iraq today is to deliver messages to all Iraqis that it protects them and involve them in the decision and that it deal with them according to Iraqi identity through their behavior, practices and procedures.
