Tohme: oil exporting region without directly handed over to SOMO violates the Constitution

{Baghdad: Euphrates News} The head of the parliamentary bloc of virtue Ammar Tohme that "oil exporting region without directly handed over to SOMO violates the Constitution. Said Tohme in a press release agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it, that the "Declaration of the territory for the export of oil and quantities increased {12} million barrels during the month of June directly without delivered to SOMO inconsistent with the budget law, which stipulated that all restricted revenue generated actually from export of crude oil, including crude oil produced from the Kurdistan region of income once the public treasury of the state to account violates the Constitution, which stipulates that oil and gas are owned by all the Iraqi people and the condition of the distribution of its imports in a fair proportion to the population distribution in all parts of Iraq, and prevents inventory and distribution of oil imports on without another part of the Iraqi people. "
He stressed that "the Constitution empowered the federal government oil management and fee development with the governments of the region and provincial policies, and prevents private territory or producing provinces to export oil away from the federal government, as well as distribution and imports federal government limits according to the population distribution to the Iraqis standard."
