KRG decide to send a negotiating delegation to Baghdad

MP revealed the Kurdistan Alliance Ashwaq dry, Sunday, that the Kurdistan Regional Government has decided to send a negotiating delegation to Baghdad to discuss the nature of the deal between the province and the center, in addition to discussing the budget and oil export agreement.
