Twilight News / device the fight against terrorism on Sunday announced the formation of a new band equipped with the latest hardware and weapons to protect the capital Baghdad.
Media adviser to the body Samir Shuwaili said in a statement seen by Twilight News, "The new band is equipped with the latest equipment and weapons was formed to protect the capital Baghdad."
He said the "forces of the band began, yesterday, to deploy in areas where it is possible to exist where terrorism through Hawwadhanh".
He Shuwaili, that "the protection of Baghdad will be a priority of this band."
Baghdad remained insulated from sweeping attack by militants Daash the summer of last year which took control of large areas in the north and west of the country.
