Maliki said "the grant will be allocated for school projects 125 billion dinars housing projects and 165 billion dinars, and the amount of 110 billion dinars for electricity projects and 85 billion dinars for water and sanitation projects, health projects and 105 billion dinars." "The projects will be implemented by German companies and the government will facilitate the work of all the requirements of Karbala," explaining that "the German company will implement these projects and funded without government Karbala receive any amount of the grant."
