Kuwait launches largest campaign aid for displaced people in the province of Kurdistan

Khandan - launched the Kuwait Red Crescent Society, the largest campaign aid for displaced Iraqis in announcing the Kurdistan region of food aid processing covers 26 thousand families in the first stage of the campaign. In turn, said Consul Kuwaiti General in Erbil Omar Al-Kandari, who oversaw the process of providing aid, he has been allocated $ 200 million for displaced Iraqis to implement the desire of the Emir of Kuwait. He noted that a few days ago, members of the Kuwait Red Crescent Society visited the Kurdistan region to look closely at the situation of displaced people and meet officials the province to see the needs of displaced persons and will be presented to them.For his part, the Governor of Erbil Nawzad Hadi welcomed the efforts of the Kuwait Red Crescent Society in Kurdistan to provide assistance for the displaced as well as a number of Arab and international humanitarian organizations.
