The Chairman of the Oil and Gas Committee in Parliament Iraq's Aziz Abdullah network Roudao media: "The Kurdistan Regional Government embarked on the first of July today the sale of oil Alaqilm and Kirkuk directly without reference to Baghdad, and this is the beginning of the division of Iraq."
