She said the Parliamentary Committee on oil and energy as opposed to going to an oil agreement with Kurdistan under the non-compliance with the agreement, which was the end of last year.
Committee member Ali "Kurdistan oil agreement did not comply with the Federal Government to deliver agreed quantities of oil to oil company SOMO, and resorted to violating Iraq's Constitution through the export of oil independently of the Federal Government."
Fayad said "there is no point in Kurdistan claims to find a new formula for oil agreement with Iraq, since the territory had not complied with the first oil agreement, how his commitment to another oil agreement", adding that "any agreement is the delay in handing over the territory to oil exports.
Ministry of natural resources announced in Kurdistan last week sold some 13 million barrels of oil during the last aviation h independently of the Federal Government having to pay oil companies in the region.
She last month, sources at the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of oil concern about extradition of Kurdistan 22% of oil imports to the Central Government, indicating that the export of the quantities illegally violates the Convention.
