Maliki congratulates Rohani nuclear deal and described as "historic"

Sent Vice President Nuri al-Maliki on Tuesday sent a congratulatory cable to Iranian President Hassan Rowhani on the occasion of the nuclear agreement signed today with the six major powers, describing it as "historic".
