Parliament finish first and second readings of the five projects
Baghdad-Iraq Press -1 August / August: raised the presidency of the parliament, on Saturday, the eighth session to the next Monday, after the termination of the first and second readings of the five bills.
According to a parliamentary source it has "Saturday session saw the end to the first reading of the draft and the Ministry of Electricity Law, the first reading of the draft law amending the slogan of the Republic of Iraq and stamped No. (85) for the year 1965, the first reading of a bill to cancel the two numbered Law (21) and (36) for the year 2005" .
The Council also completed the second reading of the draft law body of border crossings, and the second reading of the draft ratification law project loan to rehabilitate the Hartha power station between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of Japan and the Japanese International Cooperation Agency Convention on the Law.
And chairman of the parliament decided to postpone the first reading of the draft law of the Ministry of Women and Family Affairs, and the second reading of the draft regulation of human organ transplant and prevent trafficking law.
The session also saw the postponement of the second reading of the draft cybercrime law, the second reading of the bill abolishing the Coalition Provisional Authority Order Act (now defunct) No. (68) for the year 2004 for a week. "
