Kirkuk welcomes the decentralization and stresses: ready and we will rely on its competencies

Twilight News / Kirkuk province welcomed the administration to begin the process of transferring the powers of the ministries of trade, agriculture, water resources, education, housing and reconstruction, and Municipalities and Public Works and the health of the federal government to the provinces.
It said in a statement responded to Twilight News, that this is an important stage will be a turning point in the relationship between these provinces and ministries, which will reflect positively on the advancement of the performance improvement in the service departments at the provincial level.
The province and confirmed that it has completed its preparations for the start of the decentralization law under the Iraqi constitution.
The governor of Kirkuk Necmettin cream: "The province of Kirkuk has entered a new historical era to declare their readiness to implement the decentralization law and begin to exercise the powers granted to them under the law and the Iraqi constitution."
He said the governor of Kirkuk: "The decentralization and applied major administrative shift will contribute more in the service of citizens and activate the service departments and local harness all energies for the development of all provinces, including Kirkuk."
He pointed out the governor of Kirkuk to the importance of decentralization as a new administrative follow for the first time in Iraq, expressing his support for the full and for awarding him in preparation for the next stage because the projects and services provided by those departments paved the way for Kirkuk to be of more provinces in preparation for the application of the new system.
Karim said: "The decentralization will lift the injustice Alkaragokyin and pave the way for a promising tomorrow because they deserve the best for Tafahm and unite them in front of the historical challenges they faced.
"We will work in coordination with the federal ministries to overcome the obstacles and problems that may occur during the course of decentralization as a new administrative system."
He continued by saying that "Kirkuk continues to apply this new administrative system according to the Iraqi law being poured first and foremost in the interests of citizens who deserve a better life."
He pointed out that the governor of Kirkuk, "Decentralization will be applied depending on the competencies and exceeded quotas, whether partisan or sectarian because we basically do not believe in Kirkuk."
He also said, "We hope that the financial and economic situation is improving our universe will pay decentralized applications to enter the ranges for the implementation of major projects."
