Supreme Council: the National Alliance on three observations reforms Abadi

The official spokesman of the Islamic Supreme Council Hamid Mualla said on Tuesday that there were three major observations with the National Alliance on reforms launched by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi.
Mualla said in a press statement seen by (Sumer News), the first observation to be constitutional reforms and consistent with legal procedures, to ensure its continuity and not be challenged later, which leads them out of content.
He explained that the second note it is to be fair and balanced, even gaining momentum, or at least maintain the momentum enjoyed by politically and turnout and reference.
He said the third point, which is "the most important", according to Mualla, they are to be in the context of a complete reform system, not to be "just one of the steps or make him want to vent popular frustrations."
