Baghdad / JAMC The Supreme Judicial Council decided to continue the formation of the judicial investigation offices in support of the development of the judicial process and rounded citizen of justice, while also stressed the revision of the law, including legal fees provides free justice. The judge said Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar spokesman for the judiciary said that "the Supreme Judicial Council decided at its last meeting to continue the formation of the judicial investigation offices in all regions of Appeal." Bayraktar said that "the judicial investigation office consists of one or more judges and member of claim year and a number of investigators," adding that "all these offices receive complaints directly from citizens and the penalty shall be referred to the courts after the investigation." He continued that "the President of the Federal judiciary confirms constantly on the formation of these offices because of its proximity to the citizen, and as a unique experience in the Iraqi judicial work." Bayrakdar and concluded that "the Judicial Council also decided to reconsider the law, including legal fees provides free justice in the area of personal status and personal materials suits.
