Parliamentary Legal Committee said the amounts registration of political parties not be the retroactive
And the Chairman of the Committee Mahmoud Hassan told all of Iraq [where] that "the political parties law is new, and the amounts of the registration of political parties will not be retroactive.
He explained that "there is a legal provision in the Act confirms the inadmissibility of the use of the headquarters of the state for the purpose of party work," noting that "any political party exploits the seat of the state contrary to the law it get out of it."
