Said Undersecretary of the Iraqi Oil Ministry said the ministry will start regardless of the petro-dollar revenues to the Kurdistan Region during the month of July next year.
He Mutasim Akram's "agency Kurdistan News" Friday, the petro-dollar system will be adopted in all the governorates of Iraq, stressing that the Iraqi Oil Ministry is committed, regardless of oil revenues to all areas where oil is extracted from them.
