MOUSSAWI CALLS FOR FINANCIAL APPROVAL TO OPEN THE MARKET FOR WASIT FREE WITH IRAN

Wasit / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - called Provincial Council Member Wasit Mahdi al-Moussawi, the Ministry of Finance to support the orientation of local government to open duty-free shops in the border area of the province at the Iraqi-Iranian border, and because of its large economic and financial returns for Wasit, Iraq in general.
He said al-Moussawi's (IMN) "The Ministry of Finance if it is unable to implement free-market project in Wasit, it must transform the powers of creation to the local government in the province, because the government has coordinated with the Iranian side in this area, and there was a welcome for the start of this major economic project." .
General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers discussed earlier, the reality of border crossings in Iraq during the weekly meeting and in the presence of border ports director of the Ministry of Interior.
And specialized committees adopted a follow-up to the border crossing points through the directives of the Prime Minister, through the study of the reality of border crossings in and out by the constraints they face, and the Committee on a uniform design came out of the five border ports being in three of them at the moment.
