Jaafari confirms the need to take serious steps in Syria, Yemen, Libya

Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari, Tuesday, on the need to move beyond watching and take serious steps in Syria, Yemen, Libya, while stressing the need for the opening of the Omani Embassy in Baghdad.
