BAGHDAD / obelisk confirmed Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, Saturday, that the challenges faced by Iraqis will lead to the exit of the victors, as pointed out that previous years have seen a "huge explosion" government spending.

The Prime Minister, said: "Previous years have seen a huge explosion of government spending depending on the oil prices remain high but are now seeing a decline in this price and we have to cut back government spending and we started this thing."
Abadi said that "the government has a strategy to revitalize other sectors and not total reliance on oil to increase the national product."
The Abadi stressed on Monday (14 September 2015), that the state ventured into spending, at a time between that the current oil imports is less than the salaries needed by the country, he noted that state spending is heading unreasonably.
